Responsibilities
Following up the customers' cases, handling customers' enquiries and complaints, handling the customer service hotline, patrol and security work, providing assistance to customers and tenants, following up the emergency case
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $22,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, 7:00AM-7:00PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day
