Property Supervisor

Responsible for security and cleaning management independently, monitoring the daily work of various contractors, handling customers' complaints and inquiries

Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Security Personnel Permit; Green Card; Eng/Chi PC operation; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; With valid QAS cert. or equivalent qualification, able to work independently, 具3年或以上屋苑工作經驗

$21,000 - $23,500 per month, with Birthday Leave 1 day, Purchase Discount, Dental Scheme, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, New Comer Award $3000 and 全勤假, 8:00AM-6:00PM or 8:00PM-6:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
