Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for indoor and outdoor patrol duties; Liaise with engineering teams and contractors to follow up on maintenance projects; Climbing an external ladder once daily for rooftop inspections is required
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Chinese Typing; With estate/hospitality working experience; With Green Card preferred
Employment Terms
$13,000 per month, with Bank Holiday, 8:00AM-5:00PM or 10:30AM-7:30PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
