Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for routine and daily repair and maintenance work for the Group's branches and offices; provide various quality and safety inspections; conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures, report daily work progress, submitting reports, assist in other ad-hoc issues assigned by superiors
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Electricity Licence A; Air-conditioning; 具2年或以上設施維修經驗，略懂冷氣維修，有責任感及具良好溝通技巧
Employment Terms
$23,000 - $26,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Annual Leave 12 days and Birthday Leave 1 day, Mon to Fri: 9:30AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8.5 working hours per day, 需要時需於星期六上班,會於平日補假
