Technician - Grade A Office Building(EA)

Handle daily routine repair and maintenance work; Carry out periodical inspection to building installation & E&M rooms; Inspect tenants’ fitting out and reinstatement work; Attend commissioning of building services system after tenants’ fitting out work; Handle emergency repairs and service calls if required

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; With 5 - 7 years exp. in building maintenance; With exp. in Grade A office building / hotel pref.; Immediately available

$26,000 - $30,000 per month, with Double Pay, Medical Benefits, Performance Award, Annual Leave 13 days, Discretionary Bonus and Shift Allowance, 4:00PM-8:00AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8.5 working hours per day
