Responsibilities
General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Showing properties to customers, Explaining terms and conditions of sale or rent, Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants (工作地點: 坑口連理街152號舖)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read Chinese ; Estate Salesperson's Licence
Employment Terms
Basic Salary with Commission around $18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training and Sales Award, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, (2 hours break time)
