Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of housing facilities and handling emergency repairs
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; With 2 years or above experience in building maintenance, immediately available is preferred
Employment Terms
$21,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days and 3個月試用期滿後有醫療福利, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
