Responsibilities
General mechanic duties; Responsible for performing routine building maintenance or repair work, plumbing and electrical repairs, assisting in ad-hoc and cyclical maintenance work, managing storage and renovation facilities, etc.
Requirements
Primary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$24,500 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and 颱風值班津貼, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
