負責一般大廈日常維修工作, 更換照明設備, 更換及維修簡單設施裝置, 進行簡單油漆、泥水及木器翻新工作等
Requirements
Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read Chinese ; Green Card
Employment Terms
$21,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave 1 day, Discretionary Bonus, Marriage Leave 6 days, New Comer Award $4000, Night Shift Allowance $100 per day, 9:00AM-6:00PM or 1:00PM-10:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
