Responsibilities
Act as the Designated Compliance Officer (CO) under the MLO licence, ensuring lawful and compliant operation of the Company's business; Make timely adjustments in response to regulatory changes and oversee day-to-day operations; 負責合作的數字銀行及支付合作夥伴、卡組織及支付服務商的合規審查; 職務涉及金融業務
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With end-to-end exp. in building compliance frameworks from scratch; 深入理解持牌數字銀行(虛擬銀行)的監管框架與合規要求
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $40,000 per month (depends on exp.), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 - 9 working hours per day, 按工作需要超時工作
