Project Manager/ Manageress

Monitor on-site construction progress to ensure projects adhere to scheduled plans; Coordinate and liaise with various parties to ensure smooth document submission, material procurement and on-site operations; Assist in executing ad-hoc tasks as required; Oversee project progress and construction safety, coordinating project implementation; Responsible for overall coordination with clients, consultants and contractors

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; MS Word; MS Excel; With excellent interpersonal,communication and adaptability skills;Responsible,Proactive at work,Willing to learn,能在緊迫期限內完成工作

$21,000 - $24,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Marriage Leave, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, (持有平安咭, 建造業工人註冊證優先)
