Responsibilities
按照標準食譜及操作程序製作各類糕點及甜點產品, 確保食品品質穩定並維持高水準; 協助餅房主廚管理日常廚房運作, 確保廚房工作流程順暢及高效; 負責宴會及各類活動訂單的食品準備工作, 確保按時完成並符合品質要求; 維持工作區域、設備及儲存容器的整潔與衞生, 並嚴格遵守食品安全及衞生管理標準
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 具有衞生督導員證書或以上程度優先
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 12:00PM-10:30PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, (視乎工作需要而調整工作時間)
