Responsibilities
根據酒店的運作要求，制定廚房設備及器材的預防維修及保養計劃；組織並帶領員工做好各項廚房設備的日常維修及緊急搶修工作；負責下屬員工的技術培訓、考核及督導檢查工作；確保酒店廚房設備及器材的維修保養達到標準，維持設備安全及正常運作；與廚房部門保持溝通，跟進設備運行情況及改善建議
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $29,000 per month, with Incentive Bonus, Annual Leave 12 days, Meal provided, Medical Benefits and Dental Scheme, 8:00AM-6:00PM,12:30PM-10:30PM or 10:30PM-8:30AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 包括1小時用膳時間
