Responsibilities
負責中菜廚房炒爐、備貨及日常運作, 確保出菜品質穩定, 控制食材的使用及成本, 提高廚房運作效率, 嚴格執行菜式及烹調程序; 負責食材預備、醃製及烹調工作, 保持廚房衛生
Requirements
Primary 6; 7 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 工作勤奮及有責任心
Employment Terms
$26,000 - $35,000 per month (depends on exp.), with Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 10:00AM-7:00PM or 12:00PM-9:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
