Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising the performance of floor service staff; Ensure the standard of guest services and cleanliness of guest floors are achieved; Assist housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 10 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具10年或以上相關工作經驗, including 6 years or above relevant experience at a supervisory level
Employment Terms
$27,000 - $30,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance, Meal provided, Promotion Opportunity, Annual Leave 12 days and 住院保險, 8:00AM-5:30PM or 2:30PM-0:00AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9.5 working hours per day, 包括1小時用膳時間
