Responsibilities
於茶餐廳烹調菜式; 預備食材; 編訂餐單和設計菜式; 分配樓面訂單到廚房相應運作單位; 督導上菜次序及時間; 監控食物品質及環境衞生; 協助其他服務
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese ; 工作主動、工作有責任感
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $23,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Meal provided, 6:00AM-4:00PM or 4:00PM-2:00AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作
