Responsibilities
Preparing bread; Operating and monitoring ovens, dough and slicing machines; Preparing and purchasing ingredients; Monitoring inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment and training; Managing the operation of kitchen.
Requirements
Primary 6, 1 Year Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese. Bread making skills are preferred
Employment Terms
$ 18,330 per month, 7 AM - 5 PM (1 hour meal/rest break), 9 hours working hours per day or 6 AM - 4 PM (1 hour meal/rest break), 9 hours working hours per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
