Responsibilities
Preparing dishes in Cha Chaan Teng; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen.
Requirements
Secondary 3, 1-Year Relevant Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese
Employment Terms
$ 19,850 per month, 6 AM - 4 PM or 12 NN - 10 PM (1 hour(s) meal/rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
