Branch Manager/ Manageress

Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant business; Ensure that the branches meet the company standards in all aspects, including food quality, labor costs and 5S (Structuralize, Systematize, Sanitize, Standardize, Self-discipline); Monitor and improve employee performance; Assist in training and developing employees; Lead the branch to achieve revenue and sales targets

Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具5年或以上食肆店鋪管理經驗；具領導技巧及獨立處理工作技巧；具餐廳/連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先

$19,500 - $27,000 per month, with Birthday Leave, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave, 安全鞋資助, 親聚假, Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 10:30AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
