Responsibilities
負責管理及維持店舖日常運作(包括廚房、樓面)、人手編排、控制成本、分析財務及營運數據、制訂餐廳的營運策略及預算, 以提高餐廳生意額, 並監察執行情況; 參與制訂餐單及進行市場推廣活動, 提升餐廳形象
Requirements
Secondary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 具相關工作經驗
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $26,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance $80 per hour, Good Attendance Bonus, Annual Leave 11 days, Birthday Leave , Meal provided, Sales Award and Transport Allowance, 11:30AM-10:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday
