Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of restaurant business; Ensure that branches meet company standards, including food quality, labour costs and 5S standards; Monitor and enhance employee performance; Assist in training and development of employees; Lead branches to achieve business and sales goals
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具5年或以上食肆店舖管理經驗；具領導技巧及能獨立處理工作；具連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先
Employment Terms
$22,500 - $29,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave, 親聚假, 恩恤假, 安全鞋資助, Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 10:30AM-12:00AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
