Responsibilities
General duties of Cook (Dim Sum), 負責預備點心材料, 如水皮, 粉漿, 餡料等; 製作點心食品, 檢定供應商送來的食品質量; 清潔點心部的設備, 用具及工作環境
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance/ Overtime Time-off in lieu and Meal Allowance, 9:00AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day
