Responsibilities
主要負責在砧板與爐灶崗位間擔任橋樑；預備食材，將切好的原料進行醃製、上粉和調味；控制出菜節奏，協助主廚協調烹調順序；負責菜餚的裝飾與傳遞、擺盤、整理，並交給傳菜員
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $22,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance/ Overtime Time-off in lieu and Meal Allowance, 7:00AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day
