Responsibilities
負責酒館日常運作、編製更表、培訓及督導員工；負責客務工作，維持服務質素、處理投訴及突發事情及監控存貨盤點；確保酒館清潔、符合政府衞生及消防條例
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; 具良好應變技巧，懂基本酒類知識；具3年或以上餐飲經驗；具1年或以上酒館管理經驗優先
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $35,000 per month (Depends on experience), with Overtime Allowance $100 per hour, Annual Leave 10 days, Bank Holiday and Transport Allowance, 4:00PM-2:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 需要時需超時工作
