Responsibilities
General work of Shop Supervisor，全面負責餐廳日常營運管理，包括開店準備、營業中督導及收店檢核；帶領及培訓前線服務團隊，規劃排班、協調人力配置；監控營業數據與銷售表現，分析顧客反饋與營運指標，提出改善建議並推動執行；管理庫存、採購物料及協調供應商；處理顧客投訴與突發狀況
Requirements
Secondary 6; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $24,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance $75 per hour, Good Attendance Bonus $500 per month, Meal Allowance $50 per day and Birthday Leave, 2:30PM-11:55PM or 2:30PM-12:30AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 間中需要超時工作
