Responsibilities
為顧客提供優質服務, 管理餐廳日常營運, 制訂相應銷售策略, 控制營運, 提升營業額; 達到公司各項目標, 確保運作暢順, 包括訂貨數量, 人力及食材成本, 人手編配及編寫更表, 培訓及管理員工, 監控廚房清潔, 食物品質, 保持餐廳範圍內衞生符合標準, 實施已制訂之營運程序和公司政策, 定期檢查及向管理層匯報店舖營運狀況
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; POS System Operation; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具良好溝通技巧，具責任感，具團隊合作精神，能獨立處理店內事務，具出品部工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$23,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Meal provided and Shift Allowance, 4:00PM-2:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作
