Responsibilities
負責確保餐廳業務運作流暢；確保分店達公司各項標準，包括食品品質、人力成本及五常等；監察及提升員工之表現；協助培訓及發展員工；領導分店達到營業及銷售目標
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具5年或以上食肆店舖管理經驗；對餐飲業有熱誠；具連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先；具領導及獨立處理工作技巧
Employment Terms
$18,500 - $25,500 per month, with Birthday Leave, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave, 親聚假,恩恤假,安全鞋資助, Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 6:00AM-10:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
