Responsibilities
負責大堂顧客服務及餐廳營運區的工作; 協助顧客使用自助點餐機及預先點餐服務; 與顧客互動, 介紹新產品及品牌活動; 主動對顧客提供協助和解答查詢, 了解顧客對產品或餐廳服務的滿意度; 處理簡單文書工作
Requirements
Secondary 3; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Willing to communicate with customers; Polite and proactive at work; With team spirit; 工作有責任心, 對服務業工作有熱誠
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $17,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training, Medical Insurance, Meal provided, Promotion Opportunity and 管理獎金, 8:00AM-8:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
