Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operation, production and QC of new Tsuen Wan central kitchen, Coordinate supply for 2 restaurants, Liaise with Mainland food suppliers and procurement, 對接內地廠房, Train local staff, 有需要時需到內地出差
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Familiar with Mainland food standard, supply chain & central kitchen ops, with HACCP pref., Familiar with FEHD license application procedure
Employment Terms
$30,000 - $35,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance $150 per hour, Double Pay, Transport Allowance, Discretionary Bonus, Meal provided, Annual Leave 12 days and Medical Benefits, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, (間中需要超時工作, 1小時休息時間)
