Responsibilities
主要負責在砧板與爐灶崗位間擔任橋樑；預備食材，將切好的原料進行醃製、上粉和調味；控制出菜節奏，協助主廚協調烹調順序；負責菜餚的裝飾與傳遞、擺盤、整理，並交給傳菜員
Requirements
Primary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Able to read Chinese
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Tips, Annual Leave 8 days, Meal provided, Promotion Opportunity and On-the-job Training, 10:00AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day (包括1小時用膳時間)
