Responsibilities
根據食譜及設計要求製作各類蛋糕、慕絲、塔派及其他烘焙產品; 進行蛋糕裝飾、糖霜、朱古力工藝等精細裝飾工作; 控制原材料的質量及分量, 確保產品符合食物安全及衞生標準; 遵守食物儲存及製作程序, 確保產品新鮮度及安全性; 與團隊合作, 按時完成訂單及應付特別需求
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Birthday Leave 1 day, Meal provided, Medical Benefits, Shuttle Bus Service and Purchase Discount, 7:30AM-5:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
