Responsibilities
負責協助主廚控管出餐品質與日常營運; 負責特定區域（如冷菜、爐頭或點心）的菜品製作與備料、督導並指導初級廚師，以及執行食品安全與衞生標準
Requirements
Primary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $29,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance or Overtime Time-off in lieu, Meal Allowance and Good Attendance Bonus, 9:00AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day
