Responsibilities
負責進行食品配方研究及開發工作, 為餐廳設計新產品或改善現有食品製造流程, 與生產部門緊密合作, 確保研發產品能順利推出; 監察成本效益, 優化食品製造流程以提高效率及降低成本
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 具飲食業相關工作經驗
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance $80 per hour, Good Attendance Bonus, Annual Leave 11 days, Birthday Leave , Meal provided, Sales Award and Transport Allowance, 7:30AM-5:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
