Responsibilities
負責所屬區域餐飲部的經營管理及日常營運工作; 管理及監察各餐廳之出品, 確保品質符合公司衞生要求及各項標準; 掌握市場行情, 建議及制訂飲食推銷策略; 處理客人投訴及定期檢討營運程序, 以帶領全體員工提供優質餐飲服務; 管理人事相關工作, 包括督導人力編配及培訓等, 以保持整體運作流暢
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$30,000 - $35,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Birthday Leave 1 day, Purchase Discount, Medical Insurance and Meal provided, 10:00AM-8:00PM or 12:00PM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
