Responsibilities
監督樓面與廚房日常運作，確保食物品質、環境衞生及服務標準達到公司要求; 負責員工工作分配、日常督導及新員工培訓; 於高峰時間或人手緊張時，需具彈性支援店內任何崗位; 處理顧客意見、突發事件及維護良好顧客關係; 協助盤點食材庫存、控制損耗及管理日常營運成本
Requirements
Secondary 6; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fair English preferred; Able to read Chinese ; Able to read English
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $23,500 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus $2000 per month and Meal provided, 7:00AM-5:00PM, 9:00AM-9:30PM, 11:00AM-9:00PM or 9:00PM-7:00AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 包括1小時休息時間
