Prepare dishes; Prepare & mix flour & make various noodles; Cook noodles & soup base; Purchase & prepare ingredients, Plan menus & design dishes / recipes; Monitor ingredient inventory, food quality & hygiene; Arrange staff deployment; Supervise subordinates & train staff; Managing kitchen operation.

Secondary 3, 1 Year(s) Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese
Employment Terms
$ 19,850 per month, 10:30 AM - 10 PM (Meal/rest break at 3:30 PM - 6 PM), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
