負責於茶餐廳烹調菜式；預備食材；編訂餐單和設計菜式；分配樓面訂單到廚房相應運作單位；督導上菜次序及時間；監控食物品質及環境衞生；協助其他服務

Primary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese
Employment Terms
$23,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Meal provided, 4:00PM-2:00AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 包括1小時用膳及休息時間; 間中需要超時工作
