Responsible for the daily operations of the yakitori restaurant kitchen, including preparing ingredients, managing incoming stock, general kitchen duties, basic kitchen cleaning, maintaining high-quality food

Secondary 3; 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English preferred; Fair Japanesepreferred; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; With 5 yrs or above of relevant exp; Familiar with kitchen operations; 具日本料理、壽司刺身及熱食烹調經驗，工作有禮貌、守時
Employment Terms
$24,000 per month, with Double Pay, Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Annual Leave 10 days, Meal Allowance $50 per day, Sales Award and Year-end Bonus, 10:00AM-10:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 午市有落場時間, 每月例假6日
