Responsibilities
負責帶領團隊，維持產品質素，以達到公司標準；透過公司內部系統管理廚務日常運作；嚴格地控制各項食物成本於合理水平；管理店內的廚房衞生及維護食物安全；督導及編排店內廚務員工工作，以保持廚務運作順暢；培訓廚務員工，以達至公司的服務標準
Requirements
Secondary 3; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 具5年或以上廚務管理經驗; 工作主動、有責任感、具獨立處事技巧、具領導技巧
Employment Terms
$20,860 - $25,700 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Other Allowances/Benefits and Transport Allowance, 6:30AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
