IT Technician

General IT support duties, Hardware installation, maintenance and repair, Software installation and maintenance, Handling IT enquiries from users, Providing IT technical support and troubleshooting, System & Company network management, System & data backup, Purchasing of IT related products, Contact with external IT suppliers and telecom companies if needed.

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; MS Windows Server; General Internet Knowledge; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 熟悉基本IT軟件、硬件、網絡等；能工作獨立、工作積極;有責任心、團隊合作精神、良好表達及溝通技巧

$15,000 - $22,000 per month, with Bank Holiday, Bonus and Purchase Discount, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 7 working hours per day, 需要時需超時工作; 如有需要，有機會到其他分店提供協助
