Responsibilities
在部門主管督導下，負責中央廚房日常運作及餐品生產，確保食品質素、安全及成本效益; 採購及檢收原材料、安排及監督食材處理和烹調流程、執行ISO 22000食物安全標準、監察設備保養維修、研發適合學生的新餐品、管理及評核廚房員工表現、控制營運成本，以及支援學校各類餐飲及烹飪活動
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese
Employment Terms
$45,000 - $50,000 per month, with Medical Benefits, Meal provided and 額外機構假期, Mon to Fri: 6:30AM-4:30PM and Sat: 7:00AM-12:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
