Responsibilities
參與VLA模型的中訓練、後訓練和真機部署，探索更優的模仿學習和強化學習相結合的VLA訓練方案，以及相關的訓練數據的構建。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$34,000 - $40,000 per month, with Medical Insurance, On-the-job Training and 年終獎金為2個月月薪, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 業務忙碌時有加班, Employment period: 18 months or above
