Assist in establishing and updating the internal product database to ensure retail, e-commerce and marketing teams possess accurate product information; Assist in conducting market, competitor and trend analyses; Support product knowledge training and brand storytelling initiatives to elevate the customer experience; Assist in product sales and commercial initiatives

Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; General Internet Knowledge; Eng/Chi PC operation; Changjie / Simplified Changjie input method; 具良好的健康知識; 對客戶有良好的敏銳度與同理心, 能提供迅速、貼心且有效率的支援服務

$8,500 - $15,000 per month(depends on experience), with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave and Commission, 9:00AM-3:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday
