Responsibilities
一般店舖主管工作, 負責店舖日常營運, 管理店舖銷售, 服務顧客,貨品管理, 成本控制, 管理店舖員工, 如編制出勤更表, 督導員工工作, 培訓新入職員工 (with Sales Award, Overtime Time-off in lieu and HK Island Transport Allowance)
Requirements
Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; With 2 years retail management experience
Employment Terms
$13,500 - $14,500 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus per month, Annual Leave 9 days, Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits , New Comer Award and Other Allowances, 11:00AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 每月5天例假
