Manage store personnel, sales performance, customer service, daily operations, inventory management, and financial control;Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and company policies to drive business performance;Demonstrate exceptional sales expertise and leadership capabilities to achieve the Company's business goals and performance targets

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; 具良好銷售及領導技巧

$20,000 - $30,000 per month(depends on experience), with Bank Holiday, Commission, Performance Award $2000 per month, Medical Benefits and Purchase Discount, 10:30AM-8:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, (one-off New Comer Award $3000 after 3 months probation)
