Responsibilities
Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread; Operating and monitor ovens, dough and slicing machines; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment and training; Managing the operation of kitchen
Requirements
Primary 6, 1 Year Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese, Little Reading and Written English
Employment Terms
$ 18,330 per month, 5 AM - 3 PM or 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 6 AM - 4 PM (1 hour meal/rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
