Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily repair and maintenance work on home appliances, such as washing/drying machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators; Understand and answer customer inquiries, providing feasible and appropriate solutions promptly; Provide on-site technical support and product usage instructions (if needed); Maintain good communication with customers, To complete daily assigned tasks
Requirements
Secondary 6; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $23,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-12:30PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
