Barbecue Cook

General duties of Barbecue Cook, including preparing siu mei (Chinese BBQ) dishes; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen; Assisting in other kitchen duties.

Primary 6, 3-Year Relevant Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese

$ 22,350 per month, 9 PM - 7 AM (1-hour meal break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
