Production Supervisor

Responsible for the daily operations of the production department; Monitoring food/beverage quality; Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the factory/kitchen; Assisting in managing the production team as instructed by superiors (including preparing employee shift schedules and approving monthly attendance records, as well as conducting performance appraisals with subordinates); Training staff.

Secondary 6, 3 Year(s) Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Little English, Fair Reading and Written Chinese, Fair Reading and Written English, Holder of “Hygiene Manager” or “Hygiene Supervisor” certificate issued by an organization recognized by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) preferred.

$ 21,825 per month, 7:30 AM - 5 PM or 9 PM - 6:30 AM (30 minutes meal/rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
