Responsibilities
協助生產部經理管理整個肉類生產、切割及醃味流程工序 (包括牛, 豬, 雞及羊等)；嚴格執行場地衞生要求；管理出品質素, 管理外判及全職人員之日常紀律
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 有管理生產線經驗優先
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $28,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Meal Allowance $28 per day, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Insurance, Mon to Sat: 7:30AM-4:30PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
